This appeal stems from an action to collect an insurance premium. For several years, the plaintiff, Argonaut Insurance Companies, provided workmens compensation insurance coverage to the defendant, Tri-West Construction Company. A dispute arose over the amount of premium due under the contract in 1977 and Argonaut brought suit. The district court held that Tri-West owed an additional premium of $5,009 to Argonaut. Tri-West appealed and Argonaut filed a cross-appeal. We affirm the judgment.
